In this video I attempt to repair an Xbox One that is completely dead and missing its standby voltages.

I left my troubleshooting process in the video so it can be seen how I arrived at my conclusion.

It is almost fixed and hopefully this can help steer someone else in the right direction and perhaps someone out there can help me with the last piece if this puzzle.
