In YuGiOh, information is king; there's a reason why hand knowledge is so important in the game. However, many players obtain info about their opponent's decks through scouting. To solve this, other games like Magic the Gathering and Pokémon VGC have implemented an open decklist policy. What would be the implications for YuGiOh if it were to do the same?
