Probably the best thing about doing yard makeovers is the people I meet. I mean I've just started and I've already met some real gems, including this young lady - Patty. Her yard was a total back-breaker but it was so worth it when I got to spend a few minutes with her and see how cool she was.

She wanted to pay me which of course I said no way. I jokingly said she could pay me in cookies, and what do you know.....she texts me and said she wanted to drop something off to me. So stinkin' sweet. You can tell she put a ton of time into them, as they're the nicest looking cookies I've ever devoured.

Thank you Patty for the cookies. I LOVED them (I have 2 left and they'll be gone by morning)! I'm so glad to have met you.
