These are my first pair of (raw denim, selvedge) jeans, designed, patterned, and sewn by me entirely on my vintage 1951 Singer 201-2 sewing machine and a vintage Singer buttonholer. It took a long time (nearly 70 hrs) from conceptualizing the design to sewing the patch on, but I have never had as good a fit from anything store bought and am wildly happy this project turned out overall! I'll be wearing them daily for the Indigo Invitational yearlong denim fading competition and posting about them on my denim channel Wear Til Dead.
