To Boil Cow Skin
1 kg Cow Skin(Kanda/Ponmo)
2 Maggi Cubes
1 tsp Salt
2-3 Cups of Water

To Fry the Cow Skin
1 large Bell pepper
3 Large tomatoes
1 Cup Cooking oil
1 large onion(Blend half and Slice half for garnishing)
2 Sprigs Parsley
2 Scotch Bonnets(I used dried Ground scotch bonnets powder)
2tbsp  tomato paste
½ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp White Pepper
2 Maggi Cubes
1 tsp Salt
¼tsp Cloves Powder
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
