This initiative leverages MBA consultants from LSE’s MBA program in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship to deliver customized solutions to the selected organizations. These consultants work closely with the organizations to address challenges, providing strategic insights throughout the design process. Social business models are developed collaboratively with the chosen organizations and their leadership teams.

The S-Bize design process assists organizations in identifying opportunities and risks through a structured methodology, which guides the development of practical solutions. This approach incorporates established best practices and methods applicable to various organizations. The program specifically targets social impact organizations in Kibera, Mathare, and Mukuru, offering valuable support to enhance their work by co-creating high-quality Social Business Models at no cost!
