Not sure why a memorial to a soldier in another nation is on public lands. It needs to be removed, or rrepurposed into a memorial for Palestinians held hostage, bombed, and starved to death by Israel.
In February, with US Congress supporting genocide in Gaza, I would no longer be polite about Zionism. Then I believed the Israelí líes that 2000 Israelís were brutally murdered by Gazans on Oct 7th. I now know from Israeli sources 1169 died, many from IDF crossfire, and IDF bombing Israelí houses.
Did Hamas in Gaza kill any in their push to resist Israel' brutal occupation? Yes, and they claimed to have fired 5,000 rockets at Israel. Israel claims they fired 3,500. A last ditch resistance effort by 2.1 million who lived in an Israeli concentration camp.
Genocide of Gaza is wrong. Genocide is always wrong. Blowing up every university, school and hospital is wrong.
