It was first ride to Hetauda from Lalitpur via Kanti Lokpath which is 92 km long. Kanti Lokpath is one of the oldest roads in Nepal that was started to construct. It was started to construct in 1965 which was known as Tikabhairab Hetauda Highway then. Later on 1961 the name of this highway changed to Kanti Lokpath. It one of the shortest route to Hetauda from Kathmandu the capitol city of Nepal and the alternative route of Kathmandu - Kulekhani - Hetauda highway. The highway is very narrow and dangerous to ride and it could be stressful if you are traveling for the first time. I think it would be very difficult to travel during Monsson. Even though the road is narrow the most of the part of the highway is paved and blacktopped.
