Most people go in for over the counter surface-peeling preparations such as salicylic acid for wart removal. Retinoid is also used to disrupt a wart's skin cell growth, they are derived from Vitamin A. Immunotherapy is another method, though not widely used it attempts to use the bodies own rejection system.

All in all the conclusion is that if someone gets warts that should consult a specialist and plan a line of treatment. And all new warts should be treated as soon as possible, this is necessary to prevent them from shedding the virus into nearby skin area which will again create additional warts.
