The indoor dome atop Sea Foam Stadium was inflated on November 18th, 2009, allowing complete year-round athletic usage for our Golden Bear athletes and the St. Paul athletic community. Join us on an inside look at the facilities under the dome, with interviews from CSP students and athletic director Tom Rubbelke. The facilities are currently known as the "Concordia Dome," as naming rights are still available to donors, and is not affiliated with the donation from the Sea Foam corporation. All members of the Concordia community were invited to explore the Dome during an open house on December 1st, 2009. Numerous student-athletes, students, coaches and various members of the CSP staff and faculty family assisted in getting everything ready to go. The athletic department and the University are grateful for all those who were able to lend a hand.
This video, which showcases all the excitement leading up to, and including, the game was filmed and produced by Concordia-St. Paul alums Chris Fink, Josh Whitcomb, and Shane Wasserman, as part of their production team: 651 Media. Music provided by freeplaymusic.com.
