How important are youth ratings in Football Manager? I've flipped all the youth ratings in FM24 so places like Brazil and Argentina have the lowest ratings and countries like Andorra and Cambodia have the highest ratings. The Youth Rating gives each nation a score out of 200 as to how likely they are to produce incredible wonderkids. But does this actually have as big of an impact as you might think it does in Football Manager 2024? This Football Manager experiment is going to investigate.
