Ingredients:
Semolina/Suji -1 Cup
Curd/Dahi - 1 Cup
Vegetables - Shimla Mirch,Onions,Carrot, Garlic/as you have/like
Salt as per taste
Sugar -1/2 Tsp
Chilli Flakes -1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder -1/2Tsp

For Tadka:
Oil - 1-2 Tsp
Bengal gram/Chana dal -1 Tsp
Cumin/Jeera -1/2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds/Rai - 1/2Tsp
Pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
Curry leaves -7-8
Pinch of Baking Soda
Oil for making buns
