Impersonation scam cases, where criminals impersonate trusted organisations like the Post Office or HMRC to trick victims into handing over their money, have almost doubled in 2020. To help enlighten each other, Brenda, Janet, Kaye and Denise share the times they have fallen victim to a scam, talk about the current scams making the rounds and Denise shares why she is so ‘financial-phobic’ when it comes to dealing with her money now.
