This was my sister Arielle's Cotillion de Honor Waltz which I choreographed for her Debut. For those of you who don't know what a debut is, it is basically a coming-of-age celebration acknowledging the transition of a girl into womanhood upon her turning 18 years old. It is a Filipino custom that the debutante present a dance with her closest friends. Traditionally, the dance is a waltz performed by 9 pairs, including the debutante and her escort. Hope you all enjoy it! Thanks for all those who came out, and those who were there in spirit; you made that night such an amazing one for Arielle and my family.
