Shopping List:
12 oz penne noodles
1lb Chicken Breast
4 tbs Butter
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup half&half
1.5-2 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 yellow onion
1 tsp minced garlic & minced ginger
Jerk Marinade (1tbs plus more depending on your spice preference) I recommend Walkerswood if you do not make your own marinade
Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Chopped Parsley, Jerk Seasoning

Jerk Marinade:
1/2 yellow onion
2-3 medium green onion
1 scotch bonnet or habanero pepper (more if you're brave!)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
salt & pepper
dried thyme
pinch of grated nutmeg
pinch of allspice
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup soy sauce
2-3 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
2-3 tbsp white vinegar
juice of 1-2 limes

Blend all ingredients together to make your marinade.

Directions:
Boil your noodles per instructions. (Make sure to salt your pasta water!) Once noodles are done, strain, set aside and add a little olive oil or butter.

Season your chicken with your favorite jerk seasoning & salt, pepper, garlic

Begin by making your Alfredo Sauce. (You’re free to use your favorite jar of Alfredo sauce if you’re in a rush.. otherwise, give this a try from scratch!)

Add 2-4 tbs of butter to your pot. Once butter begins to melt, (optionally add 1/2-1 tbsp flour to thicken) add your minced garlic and ginger and cook. Next, add in your Cream and bring to a boil. Once it reaches a boil, turn your heat down to a simmer and add your jerk seasoning & a little marinade (add a little a time so that you can tweak the spice to your preference. Add in your cheese a little at a time and incorporate until sauce thickens. About 8-10 minutes.

In a separate frying pan - add a little olive oil and cook chicken breast until no longer pink. Finally, cook your veggies in the same pan you used for the meat. Once veggies are cooked - add them to your sauce.

Now taste your sauce and add any additional seasoning as necessary.

Add your noodles to your Alfredo sauce and mix together. Plate in a pasta dish and top with sliced chicken breast. Enjoy!
