Hidden in a private corner of Ara Damansara, Nova Saujana is this residential project sandwiched by corporate offices, Japanese International School, Golf and Country Club, and the Lapangan Terbang highway. The distance to the airport is also part of the reason for it's low density, making it a very comfortable setting to reside.

Within this matured address, you have all kind of amenities within reach easily. Medical centers, malls, offices, commercial areas and etc. My favourite would be the unit layout that reflects the design philosophy of the team until today. They are generous with the height and width, making all bedrooms very sizeable. Then the single loaded corridors just added privacy to the living experience. And this amazing garden unit that has the balcony extended all the way out!

But the empty retail portion is rather disturbing. It really gives the project a rather bad first impression. Then as great as this project appears to be, it's 'almost there' in all aspects. Almost luxurious, almost convenience, almost private, almost serene....
