I was originally going to go into more detail about the rumours adding to the rampant speculation, but I decided to stick to the key facts: worlds are being crashed, and duping is still possible using world crashes. I don't think we need more than that to determine that dupes are still taking place.

The extent of those dupes cannot be known unless Jagex, or an insider doing the duping, decides to make it known.
