Our first Martin Guitar unboxing video -- Markus and Shon share the exciting news that Maar's Music is now an authorized Martin Guitar dealer!

How shall we celebrate?
By making a video to share with you, our friends, online of course!

There are so many classic guitars to choose from (and our first shipment has a lot of variety), such as the D-18, Streetmaster, D-28, HD-28 and 000-15M and D-15M as well as the Junior, Little Martin and X series instruments.

So which guitar did we choose for our unedited, out of the box footage?

The SC-13E of course -- a unique and fresh design from Martin that demonstrates the fusion of innovation and tradition that they are well known for over a nearly 200 year history (since 1833!).

Another fine product from ‪@martinguitar‬ and our first of many to come unboxing, demo and comparison videos featuring this iconic and legendary family of instruments.

How does it feel? Amazing.
Is it good to the last fret? Absolutely?
How does it sound? Warm, articulate and room filling.

According to Martin & Co.

It’s time to rethink what an acoustic-electric guitar can do. Do you want to play leads all the way up the neck? Play longer? Play louder? Now you can with this super-comfortable, easy-to-play acoustic-electric from Martin.

The SC-13E, with its patented Sure Align® neck system, gives you full access to all frets so you can comfortably reach those high notes. It’s also equipped with a new, low-profile velocity neck barrel that ergonomically accommodates your hand as you move up the neck, giving you the comfort and playability of an electric.

It was designed from the ground up to be plugged in, and its asymmetrical body shape provides balanced output, giving you more gain before feedback. So the next time you’re on stage with an SC-13E, go ahead, play it loud.

But, don’t forget, the SC-13E is still a Martin, so it sounds amazing unplugged. And with the limitations of the conventional cutaway acoustic-electric removed, you can now play your way, any way, without limits.
