Delicious, creamy halva cake
Ingredients:
Sponge cake:
6 large eggs L - yolks and whites separately
180g of sugar
140g wheat flour (I used cake flour)
30g sugar-free cocoa
1 flat teaspoon of baking powder
To soak:
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
160 ml of water
2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
Cream:
750ml of milk
30g wheat flour
2 sugar-free cream puddings
250g of butter at room temperature
300g of crushed vanilla halva
Additionally:
4-5 tablespoons of currant jam or currant jam (can be black or red)
about 100g of crushed vanilla halva for sprinkling the cake
