I build a scene from the Star Wars Legends short story Omega Squad: Targets. This short story occurs between the books Republic Command: Hard Contact and Republic Commando Triple Zero.

RC-8015, otherwise known as Fi is deployed along with the rest of Omega Squad to handle a hostage situation at the customs hub in the Galactic Spaceport. It all goes wrong when their Jedi negotiator is captured and thrown out with a explosive device hidden under his robes. Fi jumps on the body to save the Coruscant Security Force (CSF) members who were in harms way. ARC Trooper N-11, Captain Ordo was impressed by Fi's bravery and became his life long friend after this.
