猪大肠在法国较少被食用，但今天在法国的一个小山村里却正在举行一年一度的猪大肠节日，Andouille是这里的特产，把猪大肠灌进肠衣制作成香肠。现场摊贩们炸肥肠春卷，制作大肠蛋糕…这在法国其他地区极难见到。当地村民还举行了花车巡街，以及美味的猪肠烧烤，狂欢的气氛一直持续到夜晚。

Pork sausage is less commonly eaten in France, but today an annual pig sausage festival is being held in le val d'Ajol, a small mountain village in France, where Andouille, a specialty of the area, is made by dunking pork sausage into sausage casings to make sausages. Vendors fried fat sausage spring rolls and made sausage cakes...something that is extremely difficult to see in other parts of France. The local villagers also held a parade of floats and a delicious pork sausage barbecue, and the revelry continued into the night.
