Hi Guys, I know you know everywhere you have to look for condo associations that actually care for the grounds and common areas. There are some HOA's that just let things go and never do anything to maintain them. This is the opposite. This complex in Scalea is meticulously maintained and has a sparkling pool. It is fully gated for security so for a vacation home it is perfect. Come take a home tour.
