This Labor Day Weekend, I'm showing you how to make finger-licking American-style Barbecue Chicken on your Weber Q.

Ingredients:
Bone-in, skin on chicken breasts
Your favorite bbq rub
Your favorite bbq sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Apple cider vinegar
Hot sauce
Apple wood chips

Directions:
Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts
Add olive oil and bbq rub
Place on roasting rack

Make smoke pouch
Preheat grill with smoke pouch for 10 minutes

Add double layer of foil to act as a deflecting shield
Place rack with chicken on foil
Close lid and grill on medium heat for 20 minutes

After 20 minutes, flip chicken
Close lid and grill for another 20 minutes

Doctor up sauce with
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of hot sauce
Stir

After 40 minutes on grill, brush sauce onto both sides of chicken
Close lid and grill for 10 more minutes for sauce to set.

Total cook time: 50 minutes

Serve with grilled corn
