Come for a walk through lush jungle landscape, then jump on a motor cycle and drive through the mud. All of this to get to the courthouse which is nestled among the banana trees.

Listen in on conversations with the prosecutor and with the court Magistrate himself. The Magistrate explained that in order to dispense an acceptable form of justice to the local Chagga people, that justice must be brought to them and delivered in their own village. The prosecutor explained the history of justice in the Marangu village which included the wearing leopard skins!

The culture and identity of the Chagga people as rural farmers who live around the base of Kilimanjaro amongst stunning African vegetation is glimpsed in this video.

An exploration of African culture.
