Yamaha YFZ450 Build - Part 13 - Engine (Motor) Install (Installation), Assemble (Assembly) - In this video we will begin by installing the engine (motor) into the frame, securing the motor mounts, then assembling the complete bottom end with the clutch inner cover 2007+ oil squirter mod (2007-2013 oil nozzle modification). Installing the bottom end left crankcase (stator / starter) side and cover including the starter primary drive gear & balance weight gear, needle bearing, one way clutch bearing, starter clutch, woodruff key, and flywheel. Putting together the bottom end right crankcase (clutch, gear shifter) side and cover including the clutch basket & pressure plate & springs, needle bearing, oil pump & filter, primary gear, and timing chain & sprocket, counterbalancer (counter balancer). We will be putting together the transmission shift linkage (including the shifter pawls & shift pawl springs) and our brand new OEM 2007+ oil pump and rotor. We accomplished this by inserting & torqueing all the bolts, and adding electrical components, brackets, clips, torsion springs, compression springs, bearings, rubber caps, snap rings, circlips, o rings, Delrin bushings, collars, cotter pins and by using loctite (thread locker) red 271 and blue & anti-seize copper.
