*DISCLAIMER*
I am not a health professional, dietician or weight loss expert. I am just a woman that is striving to have a better relationship with food and wellness, and my meal plans are an attempt to get back to eating more healthful, wholesome foods that serve to nourish my body. Just some things to note... On days that I am fasting, I will have a snack or mostly nuts, seeds, meats, veggies or fruit if I get hungry. I am really trying to listen to my body and only eat when my body tells me to eat.
On most days, I strive to have my carbs before 2pm, but depending on my schedule, this may change. Also, meals in the evening are usually made with carb-friendly ingredients.
