Crock Pot Chicken and Dressing is an easy way to make a delicious chicken dinner. You could also use some cut up turkey or a couple turkey wings.
Ingredients:
2 bone on chicken breasts
salt/pepper/garlic powder/dried sage
4 or 5 green onions if you have some (optional)
One 6 ounce box of Stove Top Stuffing mix
10.5 ounces can of cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup chicken broth or water
2 to 4 Tablespoons cold butter

Now I did not show you that I put in 4 pats of butter, but you do not need to use it.
The butter will help make more of a crusty edge on the dressing/stuffing.
You can certainly use more chicken than I did if you have more people to serve as well as two packages of stuffing mix if needed.
