Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 sugar
- 1/ 4 Cup oil
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
2. Make a well in the center sugar ,salt , cooking oil
3. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, mixing continuously until it forms a dough.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
6. After resting, divide the dough into small balls.
7. Roll out each ball into a thin, round sheet.

Now you can use this dough for your egg roll recipe by placing the egg and veggie mixture inside and rolling it up before cooking. Enjoy your homemade egg rolls!
