Welcome aboard R9580 doing line 403 Three Road

Richmond now has Novabus's everywhere since 9580 is one of the Novabus's that recently been relocated from its former home at Vancouver Transit Centre (VTC) to its new home at Richmond Transit Centre (RTC) to replace the D40LF's that used to operate in Richmond.

They are also here because VTC needs to make room for the 104 2018 Novabus HEV's.

In this video, we had a detour starting at Steveston @ Shell through Riverside District due to traffic congestion heading to Highway 99
