Many of the times Our Gym trainers or Nutritionist or Dieticians asks us to give up on Alcohol consumption While Trying to be fit.Is it Correct?

So in this video i have gone through some Research Papers and Studies and Found that Alcohol consumption Do effect the fat loss/Weight loss Process , But still we can incorporate them in our lifestyle, we should not hate any food or things you like to consume until and unless you are not consuming them in equally high amount which may create issues for the body.

i have got 2 research papers talking about alcohol and the fat oxidation process.
