Transport, heating, plastics, detergents, fertilizers or medicines, oil is everywhere, in all the cogs of our daily lives. And with the continuous economic and technological progress, more and more of us on earth want to consume it. An inextinguishable thirst for black gold which however comes up against a triple reality: oil is more and more expensive, more and more polluting and above all, more and more rare, because our reserves are inexorably depleted. As a result, for all of humanity, a crucial question now arises: what solutions do we have to live without oil?
