The boss of the Shine Cup. He would attack by spewing a geyser of raining goop that pools on spots of the map.

In order to defeat him you need to grab an item box that lays on the outer part of the map, they give you a Bubble Shield in which you use the green super jump pads to launch yourself into his mouth filling him with water and dealing damage. The Mushrooms at the top left are the boss health.

NOTE: I do not follow the restrictions of the SNES channels to allow full recreation of a theme with the instruments provided by Super Mario Kart. I also try to polish any midi's up by adding mixing like panning or if the midi isn't accurate enough to the original song I adjust it.
