How To Make Braised Persian Lamb Shanks
10 meaty lamb shanks
2 sliced onions
2 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tbsp ground fenugreek
1 tsp coriander seeds
6-7 bayleafs
8 cups chicken stock
2 tbsp saffron water
1 tbsp rose water
