What a crazy night! Imagine waking up on the day of your wedding, to a power outage across the city, due to freezing temperatures! All but 2 of our vendors canceled. The only thing we could get for our guests to eat was Chinese food takeout. We had no venue, just the hotel lobby and a few conference rooms merged together.

This entire experience taught Jeremiah and I that your wedding day is just that....A DAY! The foundation of your marriage is what truly matters. That is what is going to make your union strong, and last forever! We were so blessed to be surrounded by our closest family and friends, who showed up and showed out for us, as if they weren't all stranded in the blizzard lol The weather didn't stop the show. We turned up all night long, with our red solo cups in hand. I'm forever thankful for this experience, and will always remember how we handled what most would see as the worst day ever, For us, it was a blessing in disguise!
