I'm finally recording Command Mission for the channel! In order to make this playthrough not take 5+ parts due to grinding, I've decided to use an EXP x 4 code (I think, not completely sure). I guess covering about 50% of the game in only a few hours is proof it's working but...

By chapter 4 I start noticing that it's a bit of an overcorrection as I'm obviously overleveled compared to characters that join the party (plus I've never seen Mad Nautilus go down so easily). I promise I'll turn the multiplier off by part 2. At this point the difficulty will balance itself out.

You might be wondering what in the world is this CM version that has PS4 button prompts but GC-specific stuff in it (like the Treasure Radar). I've taken the liberty of modifying an existing texture pack (UI-only) to have those prompts so I don't get confused by Game Cube prompts. This caused actual issues for me during my first time finishing this game (completely vanilla other than fast-forwarding a bit here and there) on my own time a while ago.

Making this specific combination of things work (EXP and Zenny multipliers, 16:9 support, texture pack support, etc.) was quite a bit of work, as some of the codes I wanted to use are only available for the European Game Cube release of the game, but the texture pack was made specifically for the US release... so I had to make some manual adjustments... but it was worth it in the end. I wish I could all of this work with an undub, but the only one available is for the US version and it's kinda buggy so it wouldn't work out, sadly.

Now, about the game itself, I love Command Mission. For me it's either the first or second best RPG in the franchise, tied\behind Star Force 1 (the only SF game I've played so far). I don't plan on 100%'ing it for this run, but I will cover MOST of the side content, perhaps except the Tails clan bosses.
