Today I am going to Stockholm city to try out some red light therapy. I saw an add on Instagram to try it out for free so I figured why not. The place was a shop so it was not a spa, so I kind of wonder how effective it is to try this out with a t-shirt on. I expected a more private spa like space where you could take your t-shirt off.
As I am already in the city I walk around some malls and check out some shops.
