Queen Elizabeth sits in the front row with Vogue editor-in-chief Dame Anna Wintour on Tuesday for Richard Quinn’s runway show during London fashion week. The Queen seemed to be enjoying herself, smiling as she talked to Wintour and watched the models parade past.
