Join these roundtables for the opportunity to ask Jim Downey, SeCan’s research and development manager, about a variety of cereal varieties, including: AAC Tisdale CWRS - with high protein, early maturity and MR to FHB; AAC Alida VB CWRS - with very good sprouting and lodging resistance and MR to FHB; AAC Starbuck VB CWRS - with game changing yield and MR to FHB; AAC Wheatland VB CWRS - with short, strong straw and very high yield; and CDC Fraser 2-row malting barley - with much stronger straw and 13% higher yield than AC Metcalfe (potential replacement for AC Metcalfe).
