Making New York's Classic Black and White Cookie. The cookie I first heard of from and episode of Seinfeld. "Just look to the cookie". I enjoy many New York City authentic recipes, so I dug up the closest I could find to the real thing. This cake left me speechless. Soft cake like cookie with the perfect chocolate and vanilla fondant icing. Can't recommend enough!
