Venture deep into the heart of the Central African Republic's rainforest with Romuald Ngangou, an eco-guard committed to protecting the rich wildlife and flora of the Ngotto forest—a vital part of the Congo Basin, known as the "lungs" of Africa and the world. Through the Integrated Natural Resource Management Project, 11 municipalities have established new local development plans, helping communities to thrive and benefit from forest revenues.
