Backing Track Southern Rock in A (Mixolydian) for guitar or any other instrument (80 BPM). You can use the A Minor Pentatonic Scale (Am Pentatonic), A Major Pentatonic Scale or the A Mixolydian Scale to improvise over this track.
► Note:
The A Mixolydian Scale has the same notes as the D Major Scale / B Minor Scale.
The A Minor Pentatonic Scale has the same notes as the A Mixolydian Scale, except for the note C (b3). The A Mixolydian scale includes the note C# (3), so you can always bend the note C towards C#.
If you use the A Major Pentatonic Scale, try to include the minor third (b3) now and then to add some spice ;)
