To be clear, the seal hunters are dead. A long time ago. The seals are fine.

Koma Elektronik field kit with Trem-o-Reel connected to it's switch and sensor interfaces.
The sensor and switch interface outputs are connected to a kb electronic music instrumentation modular synthesizer and are being used to modulate Oscillator A and Oscillator B respectively.

The output of the kb synth is connected to channel one of the field kit mixer

The output of a Magnovox mini-cassette dicta-phone recorder is connected to channel three of the field kit mixer through a Korg Monotron analog ribbon synthesizer.
The dicta-phone is playing a tape, at half the recorded speed, of a local musicologist playing the hurdy-gurdy accompanied by a gourd banjo and singing a folk song from 1810 about seal hunters.

Channel four of the field kit mixer has a Philips model 3797/51 through an Electro-Harmonix Memory Toy analog delay.
