At 5am, Sunday 27th November 2011, the first Freedom Run went underway at University of the Philippines, Diliman. The runners shirts say "I am free - from corruption" and have a freedom quote from liberal Euro-MP Annemie Neyts. Noel Cabangon launches his new song Ako'y Malaya (I Am Free). The run is supported by the contestants of tv weight-loss show The Biggest Loser and is part of the It's All About Freedom project of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom-office in Manila which is 25 years old this year.
