1980 - Mannheims most famous Record Shop ever ! From 1978 to 1982. Most sold music at the time : Punk / New Wave / Power Pop / Hard Rock (the upcoming new version : Metal). The quality isn't so good (but much better than some Andy Warhol film:-). If you like to film with that video - camera you had to carry a complete recorder with you and you could only film with 2 or 3 spotlights. In this clip we hadn't any. That's why it is so dark.But this is a real Mannheim Document. The language you hear in this clip is an Southern Germany idiom called "Pälzisch". The Music in the background is COCKNEY REJECTS. A punk band from London. You hear their album called GREATEST HITS Vol.1 !
