Tens of thousands of people drive by the Old Highway 395 Bridge in Poway, CA every day, but most never see it. The bridge, which was in use from 1949 to 1967 on Highway 395, before being bypassed by Interstate 15, is only a few feet from the interstate but hidden from view. That lead to tragedy in 1986 when it was the site of the infamous Cara Knott murder, which was committed by an on-duty California Highway Patrolman. In this video we check out the bridge, and the San Diego Crime Victims Oak Park which is located just below it.
