Here are some ideas for 4-player local-coop games I think you/we may like:

Project Arrhythmia: Similar to Just Shapes and Beats, but harder..
Shipped: a fun single screen boat arcade game the whole family could play together.
Flat Heroes: Similar style to JSAB but more of a puzzle platformer.

We will also pepper in some of the classic games we like playing together, like:
