Unused bit from the scrapped second (1969) season of the Hanna-Barbera show "The Banana Splits". Some changes were made to the costumes -like partially-working mouths- and different version of Snorky altogether. Astute viewers will note that parts of these clips DID see some use as re-dubbed segues to cartoons ("It's time for Atom Ant!") shown during the syndicated "Banana Splits and Friends" --which was a summer afternoon mainstay on TBS (then WTCG) during the 1970s.
