This week was a very challenging week mentally and emotionally. I still managed to achieve my workout goals but I didnt keep up with my protein goals. Next week will be better.



Trying to stay committed to my 3x weekly workout schedule. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
I take the train to work so I walk 15-20 min to the office & back
