📌How to hold your dog while you are grooming their eyes

Start by gently holding their chin hair or gently hold their muzzle but try not to hold it tight.By holding their chin or their muzzle you will be able to feel if your dog is going to pull away and then you will be able to move your clippers or grooming tools away from their eye area.

📌Why use thinner scissors and not clippers.

If you have a dog that fears the noise of clippers, using thinning scissors is the perfect choice. Using thinning scissors will give the appearance of a natural blended finish.

📌PRO TIP-When using thinning scissors for blending the hair, use your thinning scissors to go with the direction of the coat growth. If you would prefer to bulk reduce the hair (to make the hair thinner) you need to cut up against the direction of the coat growth.
