Description: This is a documentary about the European-, World- and Olympic Champion, Alina Kabaeva from Russia and here career. At the age of 15, she becomes the surprise all-around winner at the European Championship in Porto (1998) and the all-around World Champion in Osaka (1999) the following year. She is favored and is on her way on becoming an Olympic Champion in Sydney (2000), until she drops her hoop and has to settle from 3rd place. During the World Championship in Madrid (2001), she is determined to make up for her loss and wins 5 gold medals and a silver, only to loose them a few days later due to doping charges. Kabaeva, along with her teammate Irina Tchachina, is suspended from the sport. It seems like she is broken and at a loss of strength to return in the sport, but this changes during the Olympics in Athens (2004). She proved that she was back and the strongest contended. This film also feature her mom, coach Irina Viner, friends and teammates.
